Deposit & Spending Limits
Setting a deposit limit is one of the most effective ways to ensure your gambling remains within a budget you are genuinely comfortable with. vai baji allows you to set a maximum deposit amount across three time periods:

Once a limit is reached, all deposit methods — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — will be temporarily unavailable for the remainder of that period.
Limit reduction vs. increase: Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit — or removing one — requires a mandatory 48-hour waiting period before the change takes effect. This cooling period is intentional and designed to protect you from impulsive decisions made during a gaming session.
In addition to deposit limits, players can also set a loss limit, which caps the total net loss within a given period. When a loss limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the period resets, regardless of your remaining account balance.
We recommend revisiting your limits periodically — particularly after a significant life change such as a job loss, financial hardship, or a period of emotional stress — to ensure your limits remain appropriate for your current circumstances.
Self-Exclusion & Time-Out

Exclude yourself for a longer defined period: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is fully suspended and you will be removed from all marketing lists immediately.

- Remove you from all marketing communications — promotional emails, SMS alerts, and bonus notifications will stop immediately.
- Retain your account data and balance securely until the exclusion period ends or you request permanent account closure.
- Prevent you from creating a new account using the same personal details. Our systems cross-check name, date of birth, NID, and mobile number to prevent circumvention.
