1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vai baji website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and vai baji (the operator). The agreement takes effect from the moment you complete account registration or, where registration is not required for a specific feature, from the moment you first access that feature.

Use of the vai baji platform is voluntary. By choosing to use it, you acknowledge that online betting and casino gaming carry inherent financial risk, that outcomes are uncertain, and that you accept full personal responsibility for all bets and wagers placed through your account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You are using the platform on a voluntary basis and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of vai baji or its affiliated entities.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction at the time of registration, nor have you been formally self-excluded from any gambling platform.

vai baji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the player relationship. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, access to the platform will be suspended until verification is resolved.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds in the account at the time of closure, including any winnings derived from bets placed while underage, will be forfeited. vai baji accepts no liability for losses incurred by underage individuals who have misrepresented their age during registration.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of features on vai baji — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may hold only one account per person; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a unique email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. vai baji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security.
• Notify vai baji support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

vai baji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security. All activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to support prior to the activity occurring.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

vai baji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer services from City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on vai baji:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal verification: All withdrawals are subject to standard identity verification checks. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above ৳20,000 may require additional documentation.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within one business day.
• Matched withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Currency: All transactions on vai baji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT.

Deposits made using bonus funds, or funds derived from fraudulent activity, unauthorised chargebacks, or payment disputes, will result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of all balances. vai baji reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit or withdrawal transaction that triggers our internal fraud-detection systems, and to delay processing while such investigation is ongoing.

vai baji is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) or banking institution. Once funds have been dispatched from the vai baji payment system, the operator's responsibility for transit time ceases.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

vai baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of modification.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on vai baji are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game type. These specific rules are accessible from within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating solely to that game or sport.

The following general betting conditions apply across all markets and game types on vai baji:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification and a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation should not be assumed to have been placed successfully.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and game type and are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. vai baji reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Void bets: vai baji reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error, including manifest pricing errors where the displayed odds do not reflect genuine market conditions.
• Live betting: In-play bets on cricket, football, and other live markets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Live odds are updated continuously; a bet is placed at the odds displayed at the precise moment of acceptance confirmation, not at odds displayed prior to submission.
• Abandonment and postponement: Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or materially altered after a bet is placed will be settled according to the specific rules for the relevant sport. In most cases, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes are returned.
• Casino game outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. Past outcomes have no bearing on future results. vai baji reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vai baji platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using a third party's identity, payment method, or funds to register or operate an account.
• Employing automated scripts, bots, or software tools to place bets, access account features, or scrape data from the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on vai baji.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any multi-player game.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by vai baji.
• Impersonating any employee, representative, or agent of vai baji in any communication channel.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language towards support staff or other players in any live chat or communication feature.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

vai baji reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A request by the player to self-exclude under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, may be forfeited at vai baji's discretion. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., self-exclusion or inactivity), any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all outstanding wagering obligations have been settled.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vai baji platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the platform without prior written consent from vai baji.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform software or content.
• Use the vai baji brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit written permission.
• Use automated tools to extract, scrape, or aggregate data from the platform for any purpose.

All third-party game content available on the platform — including games developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to vai baji for display on the platform. No ownership rights over third-party game content are transferred to players under these Terms & Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vai baji's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vai baji shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether vai baji had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from a security incident beyond vai baji's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the platform due to data feed errors.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits vai baji's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

vai baji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to platform features, changes in applicable law, or adjustments to operational policy. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Where a material change is made to these Terms & Conditions — meaning a change that significantly affects player rights or obligations — vai baji will provide notice via one or more of the following methods: a notification banner on the platform, an email to your registered address, or a pop-up notification at your next login.

Your continued use of the vai baji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect. Closure requests submitted in response to a terms amendment will be processed without penalty.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between a player and vai baji, we encourage you to first contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter informally and promptly, typically within five business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution procedure outlined below:

• Step 1 — Formal complaint: Submit a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Include your account username, a detailed description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours.
